Preparation
- 1 white & 1 black colored sachet both inclusive in packet
- 300g chicken breast fillet or beef fillet (cut into strips)
- 1 tablespoons cooking oil
Method
1. Coat meat with spice from the white colored sachet and deep fry for 3
mins till golden brown.
2. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry onion and capsicums for 1/2 mint.
3. Turn off fire. Add in meat and spice from black colored sachet and stir fry for
another 1/2 min. Serve hot
